- Aptitude Personal Training is in the business of training and developing people so that they can develop their personal performance for sustained success, happiness and work/life balance. We assist people to develop their work and private lives using assessment, training and coaching for easier, more natural and sustainable performance. Each person is assisted to develop and implement their own personal life plan including consideration of work/life balance issues and effective utilisation of the process and stages of change.
- We teach the psychological principles, methods and techniques of success, positive attitudes and motivation through personal planning. We also assist people to develop their individual philosophical, ethical and value-based direction to ensure they achieve happiness and success through sustainable achievement and personal development. This is beyond mere motivation as its overall purpose is to engender strong self-motivation, clear direction and focus.
